2425 W. Loop South, a property owned by Houston Real Estate entrepreneur Ali Choudhri, will be featured in VH1’s Hip Hop Family Christmas 2022.
August 12, 2022 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based real estate investment firm, Jetall Companies recently hosted filming for the Jamie Foxx produced VH1 special, Hip Hop Family Christmas 2022. Primary filming for key scenes was completed in the recently renovated soaring lobby of 2425 W Loop South. This historic building was designed by I.M. Pei and most recently served as the corporate office for Stage Stores. Mr. Choudhri oversaw a significant renovation of the beautiful property a few years ago, installing retina scanning security systems, destination elevators, and a gorgeous lobby with soaring interior facing floor to ceiling windows in all interior facing offices.
