2425 W. Loop South, a property owned by Houston Real Estate entrepreneur Ali Choudhri’s Jetall Capital, announces entire floor leased by DC Partners.
November 1, 2022 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based real estate & investment entrepreneur Ali Choudhri, CEO of Jetall Capital, is proud to announce the company has signed a new lease agreement with Houston based W. Main Management, LLC (DC Partners), to lease an entire floor of beautifully designed space at 2425 West Loop South, in a multi-year agreement. The Class A property features nearly 300,000 square feet of pristine office space, building amenities such as internet-ready suites, retina scanning elevator access, soaring window-view lobby, gym access, conference rooms and access in walking distance from Galleria and Uptown Park.
DC Partners specializes in luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects such as the Marlowe, Arabella, and their most recent project The Allen – high-rise properties in Houston’s Galleria and River Oaks areas. In addition to DC Partners, affiliated companies St. Christopher Holdings and Moderno Porcelain Works will also be call 2425 home to their new offices.
