Jetall Companies’ Ali Choudhri sponsors the annual Houston ArBOOretum
1001 W. Loop South, a property owned by Houston Real Estate entrepreneur Ali Choudhri, sponsored and will provide parking for the annual Houston ArBOOretum.
September 12, 2022 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based real estate investment firm, Jetall Companies recently announced its agreement with the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center (HANC) to provide no cost access to the parking garage at 1001 West Loop South in Houston, TX. This property features 232,000 square feet of office space for lease. Building amenities at 1001 West Loop South include internet-ready suites, 24-hour keycard access, an on-site gym, conference room and an on-site deli.
Deborah Markey, Executive Director of HANC, negotiated the agreement with Jetall CEO Ali Choudhri. “We continue to enthusiastically support the Arboretum, and hope Houstonians enjoy this beautiful urban nature sanctuary that we all share,” Choudhri said.
The 1001 W. Loop South property is a gorgeous 8-story glass building, located in the heart of the Galleria area, directly across from Uptown Park and with spectacular views of Memorial Park. Tenants and visitors can enjoy lunch from the on-site deli and the private outdoor seating area that extends over the Bayou.
